| This is Mr. Dugan. I made my mom call him and ask if there was anything that I could do to help. He said "Sure, come down and you can hold The American Flag". We went to the opening ceremony and I thought that is what I was going to do, but instead, Mr. Dugan called me on stage, introduced me to everyone and told them about all of the work I have been doing for the POW/MIA's. This was a big suprise. I didn't know he was going to do that. It was an honor I will never forget. Afterwards, all of the Veterans were thanking me and giving me pins for my hat. I was so proud and so suprised! |
