The people that I was with the most from the Rosie Show were Suzanne, Shane and Slade and they were really great!! Just in case they ever see this page, I would like to take a moment to thank them for everything they did for me! It was time to rehearse my lines and Smitty came in to help me go over what I was suppose to say. We rehearsed for a few minutes and then we went onto the set and guess what?? I did my lines and must have done them pretty wll because we only did one take! They had me standing
on the steps by the audience and here's what I had to say:
"Hi! I'm Nikki Mendicino from Springdale, Pennsylvania and this is the Rosie O'Donnell Show. On today's show author Nell Casey, Chris Kattan and Kathy Lee Gifford. Hit it John!!! (John is the band leader and they start playing and there is an intro to the show.) Then I had to say "And now here's Rosie." Then Rosie came out from behind a curtain and called me down to stand beside her and my mom was sitting in the first row!
